Rewriting Our Narrative of Suffering, in Partnership with El Camino Health
Thursday, June 9 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.
Led by Lacey Morris, M.A., LMFT

The suffering that accompanies illness can feel daunting and isolating. But it can also be our greatest teacher, giving us a unique opportunity to deepen in strength and compassion for others. This class will explore ways to tap into and benefit from the gifts suffering can bring, allowing us to see beauty even in our greatest struggles.

Please have a journal, something to write with, and basic art materials (such as paper, markers, and colored pencils) ready to participate.
