From the Ground Up: A Yoga Workout for the Whole Body
Tuesdays, January 4, 11, and 18, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.
Instructed by Jido Lee Ferguson

Spend three ninety-minute sessions, experiencing a gentle but thorough workout, starting with your toes and moving steadily up to the crown of your head. At each level, a key element of therapeutic yoga will be demonstrated—moving, breathing, and centering—to calm, soothe, and strengthen. As you follow along, you’ll build resilience, deepen your breath, sharpen awareness, and harmonize your feelings and thoughts. As you repeatedly experience the calming, strengthening, and soothing of the Yoga Workout series, your sense of well-being grows. Put the ABCs of Yoga (Action, Breathing, and Calming) to work in supporting your sense of well-being.
