Healthy Summer Eating to Stay Strong, Cool and Energized

Summer brings with it a bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Spend an afternoon with Board Certified Nutrition Consultant Nancy Birang to learn how to make easy summer meals and drinks to cool you down during these warm days with cancer-fighting nutrients such as Vitamin C and polyphenols.

During this presentation, Nancy will talk about fruits and vegetables that are in season and easily found at your local farmers' markets and how to incorporate them into your cooking. She will leave you with some easy recipes to add to your collection and get you excited to explore all of the healthy fruits and veggies of summer!
